On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. You have an espresso machine, tea maker, toaster, induction cooker and a large refrigerator with freezer compartment at your disposal. The living room is also air-conditioned and in the cooler months underfloor heating warms the entire house. From the living room you can access the terrace, which has a comfortable lounge area.
Für rasche Abkühlungen gibt es ein 38m² großes Pool, eine Outdoordusche und das Meer ist auch nur 10 Meter von der Terrasse entfernt. Um die Nähe zum Meer voll auskosten zu können, gibt es ausreichend Liegestühle, welche sie auch auf den Kiesstand schieben können.

Im Obergeschoss der Villa sind drei großzügige Schlafräume, welche jeweils mit Bad, Toilette und Balkon ausgestattet sind. Ebenso verfügt jedes Schlafzimmer über eine Klimaanlage und elektrische Rollos. Für ausreichend Bettwäsche und Handtücher ist gesorgt.
Auf den Balkonen sind Sitzgelegenheiten, von wo Sie aufs Meer blicken. Je nach Bedarf gibt es, zusätzlich zu den Kingsize-Betten, auch weitere Zusatzbetten.
