On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. You have an espresso machine, tea maker, toaster, induction cooker and a large refrigerator with freezer compartment at your disposal. The living room is also air-conditioned and in the cooler months underfloor heating warms the entire house. From the living room you can access the terrace, which has a comfortable lounge area.
For quick cooling, there is a 38m² pool, an outdoor shower and the sea is only 30 meters away from the terrace. In order to fully enjoy the proximity to the sea, there are plenty of deck chairs that you can also push onto the pebble beach.
